It is essential to exercise due diligence when providing your information to ensure its accuracy and completeness when placing an order.
2. Order Acceptance and Availability:
Any order you submit to us is contingent upon the availability of the product and our acceptance. When you place an order online, you will receive an email confirming your order (the Order Confirmation). In the event that the Goods are unavailable, we will promptly reach out to you via phone or email to propose either an alternative product or the possibility to cancel your order.
3. Intended Use and Resale:
Goods and Services obtained from this Website are intended solely for your personal use. By making a purchase, you guarantee that any Goods acquired are not for resale purposes.
4. Security of User Credentials:
When placing an order on this Website, you may be prompted to create a username and password. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of these credentials and refrain from disclosing this information to third parties.
5. Data Security and Liability:
While we will take all reasonable measures within our capacity to safeguard the security of your order and payment details, we cannot be held accountable for any losses you might incur if an unauthorized third party gains access to any data you provide while accessing or ordering from the Website, unless there is clear negligence on our part.
6. Product Description and Pricing:
The details and pricing of the products you order will be as displayed on our website at the time of your order placement.
7. Contract Formation:
Upon submitting an order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order (the Order Confirmation). The contractual agreement between us (the Contract) will only be established when we send you the Order Confirmation.
1. Inclusive VAT and Exclusive Delivery Charges:
The prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable, but they do not encompass delivery charges.
2. Price Adjustment and Order Confirmation:
Prices are subject to potential adjustments at any time; however, these modifications will not impact orders for which we have already dispatched an Order Confirmation.
3. Total Price and Payment Timing:
The comprehensive price for the Goods or Services you've ordered, which incorporates delivery fees, will be visible on the Website when you place your order. If you are making a payment by credit or debit card, the payment will be processed when you initiate your order, not when it is dispatched.
4. Payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer:
In instances where payment is made via cheque or bank transfer, we will not dispatch any Products until we receive funds that have cleared. Payment will be considered received only after the funds have cleared.
5. Finance-Backed Orders and Delivery Address:
When an order is financed to procure goods, delivery must be carried out to the address provided in the finance application.
6. Pricing Accuracy and Error Resolution:
Our Website presents a wide range of Products, and despite our meticulous efforts, there is a possibility of occasional pricing inaccuracies. We are not obligated to supply the Product to you at the incorrect price, even after sending you an Order Confirmation, should a pricing error be identified. The correct price will be confirmed when your order is assembled.
7. Notification of Pricing Error:
Should a pricing error be identified, we will promptly inform you via telephone or email. You will have the option to either confirm your order at the accurate price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel, any amount paid by you or charged to your credit/debit card for the goods will be refunded or credited. If you neither reconfirm nor cancel your order within 3 working days of notification, we will assume you wish to cancel the order, and we will proceed accordingly.
8. Additional Information for Fraud Prevention:
In certain cases, we may require additional information from you to conduct CNP (cardholder not present) checks on payments received, with the aim of preventing fraud. This is in the best interest of all cardholders. If you are unable to provide the requested information, we reserve the right to cancel the order or amend the delivery address to the registered card address at our discretion.

Promotions, such as game codes, vouchers, free items, and rebates, are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
2. Promotion Fulfillment Responsibility:
We will make every effort to honour all promotions, but we cannot be held responsible if promotions expire, are discontinued, terminated, or become unavailable.

4. Cash Value of Promotions:
Promotions are considered to have a cash value of £0.02.
1. Delivery Times & Schedule:
Delivery times provided at the time of ordering are approximate and may vary. Whilst we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as those caused by the courier service. 6. Fast-Track Option and Timeliness:
If you have selected the "Fast-Track" option during order placement, we will make every effort to dispatch your order within the specified Fast-Track timeframe. However, please note that the Fast-Track service is not guaranteed. If we cannot dispatch your goods within this timeframe, we will automatically downgrade the service to the next available level and refund any cost difference. The Fast-Track service commences upon the receipt of cleared payment or confirmation to process your order from our finance company, and it concludes when we dispatch the order. 1. The Importance of Original Packaging:
a. To ensure safe transit and prevent severe internal damage to heavy components (such as graphics cards and coolers),customers are strongly required to retain all original packaging, including the external box and all internal foam/component supports.
b. Our premium Collect & Return courier service is provided on the condition that the PC is packaged securely.
2. Returns Process & Photographic Proof:
a. Before sealing the PC for any return, you must take clear photographs of the internal components (showing the internal support packaging in place) and the outside of the open box.
b. If the product is returned without the original internal and external packaging, and you have not adequately secured the internal components, you will be held entirely financially liable for any physical damage that occurs during transit.
3. Replacement Packaging Kits:
a. We understand that storing large boxes is difficult. If you no longer have the original packaging and require a return for a faulty item, you must notify us.
b. To prevent transit damage, we can supply and ship a custom Replacement Packaging Kit (including a specialised box and internal expanding foam support) to you at a cost of £35.00 inc VAT. This cost will be deducted from any refund or charged prior to a repair collection.
4. Transit Damage Liability:
a. GSC Computers is not liable for any physical damage incurred during the return journey if the product is shipped in unapproved, inadequate, or third-party packaging.
b. If a PC arrives physically damaged due to improper packing by the customer, the statutory right to a standard warranty repair may be suspended, and you will be quoted for the cost of repairing the physical damage before underlying faults are addressed.
5. Data Protection and Loss Waiver:
a. During the testing and repair process, it may be necessary to wipe, format, or replace your storage drives.
b. GSC Computers is not responsible or liable for any loss of data, software, games, or personal files. It is solely the customer's responsibility to back up all important data before handing the PC over to our collection courier.
6. Statutory Rights:
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
1. Consumer Contract Cancellation:
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel a Contract within 14 calendar days, starting from the day you received the Products. To exercise this right, you must contact us by phone or email and include your order number in all communications.
2. Product Return and Care Obligation:
You must promptly return the Product(s) to us in the same condition as received, at your own cost and risk. You are legally obligated to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. Failure to do so may result in compensation claims against you.
3. Collection Arrangement and Cost:
We can arrange collection through our courier, which covers most areas of the UK and Ireland, at a cost of £30 including VAT.
4. Service Contract Refund Exemption:
By selecting a "Fast-track" or "Priority build" service at checkout, you expressly request and consent to us beginning this service immediately, within your 14-day cancellation period. Because this service will be fully completed prior to dispatch, this specific service fee is non-refundable if you later decide to cancel the hardware Contract.
5. Refund Timeline and Conditions:
Once we receive the cancelled Products, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you selected a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery). This refund may be reduced by the collection charge if applicable.
6. Unreturned Goods and Costs:
If you fail to return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. All original items delivered must be returned with the refund request. This includes, but is not limited to, welcome packs, software discs, cables, digital download codes, chassis accessories, and peripherals.
7. Exclusion of Unsealed or Activated Items:
Any software or consumable goods that have been unsealed or activated are not eligible for cancellation and will not be refunded.
8. Legal Rights and Contact Information:
You may obtain a full statement of your legal rights under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 from your local Citizen's Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office in the UK.
9. Notification of Incomplete, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods:
If the goods supplied are incomplete, incorrect, or physically damaged, you should notify us via email or telephone within 72 hours of receipt.
10. Faulty Goods and RMA Request:
In the case of suspected faulty Goods, you must contact us within 72 hours of discovering the fault and submit an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) request. We will assess the returned Product and notify you of your options (repair, replacement, or refund) within a reasonable time frame. We will complete the repair, replacement, or refund process as soon as possible, within 30 days for repair or replacement and within 14 days for a refund for defective Products.
11. Reimbursement Timeline:
For refunds, we will reimburse you without undue delay, either 14 days after we receive the returned goods, 14 days after you provide proof of return, or 14 days after being informed of your cancellation decision, whichever is earlier.
12. Returns by Own Delivery Method:
When returning goods using your own delivery method, we will refund up to £10 of the incurred carriage costs for defective goods upon receipt of proof of the carriage costs.
13. Diminished Value and Handling of Goods:
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
"Necessary handling" is defined as what would reasonably be allowed in a physical retail shop.
If the goods are returned having been used beyond this (e.g., protective films removed, operating systems activated, personal software installed, user accounts created, or physical damage/scratches to components or cases),we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund up to the full purchase price to reflect the diminished value of the goods.
14. Original Packaging Recommendation:
If you wish to return the system in its original packaging and find it unsuitable or if you no longer have the original packaging, you can contact us for replacement packaging at an additional cost.
15. Statutory Warranty Rights:
Consumers have statutory warranty rights for goods in their possession.
16. Dispute Resolution:
We are not obliged and do not participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
17. Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders:
The 14-day statutory right to cancel applies exclusively to consumers purchasing for personal use. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, company, or educational institution (B2B),the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply. B2B orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Any accepted returns for B2B orders are strictly at our discretion and will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
1. Additional Warranty Information:
In addition to any warranty purchased with your Goods, all Goods supplied by us are covered by a return-to-base warranty against defects for 12 months from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
2. Defective Goods Handling:
Goods found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced with an item of equal or superior performance and value when a Return Material Authorisation (“RMA”) is generated. All warranty returns must have a valid RMA number, and goods without one will be rejected and returned to the sender.
3. Graphics Card Manufacturer and Specifications:
If you order a dedicated graphics card without specifying the AIB (add-in-board) manufacturer, you will receive a graphics card that matches the model/version specified. In the event of a warranty exchange, we will provide a graphics card that meets or surpasses the model/version specifications, which may come from a different AIB manufacturer, potentially resulting in slight variations in performance.
4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, accidents, negligence by you or third parties (e.g., failure to use a surge protector),usage contrary to our or the manufacturer's recommendations (e.g., in poorly ventilated/hot or dusty environments),failure to follow manufacturer's instructions, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
5. Data Loss and Precautions:
We are not responsible for data loss and strongly recommend that you regularly back up your data. Hard drives and/or solid-state drives may be formatted or replaced during warranty returns, regardless of any prior correspondence.
6. Laptop Battery Warranty:
Laptop batteries are covered by a maximum 6-month warranty, regardless of the chosen warranty option.
7. Conditions for Self-Installed Components:
- Installing your own components without voiding your warranty is subject to specific conditions:
- If the installer's actions cause damage to the computer, the warranty becomes void.
- Using components not purchased from us that cause issues with your computer also voids the warranty.
- We do not provide support for the installation of non-purchased components or any related problems.
- We support the installation of components purchased from us.
8. Suspension of Warranty:
We reserve the right to suspend the warranty or refuse service if your Case, Motherboard, CPU, PSU, or BIOS is replaced without authorisation.
9. Tampering and Unauthorised Personnel:
Any tampering, repair, or modification by unauthorised individuals voids the warranty.
10. Third-Party Diagnostics and Voided Warranties:
Taking goods to a third party for diagnosis or repair may void all warranties on the order. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us for advice, obtain an RMA number if necessary, and follow the specified returns procedure.
11. No Fault Found Warranty Claims:
GSC Computers will do its utmost to repair any sent-in issue under warranty using information provided by the customer prior to the RMA request. If no issue is found, the PC will be sent back and a charge of £30 may be applied as a 'No Fault Found' fee. This will exclude the cost of any return delivery. Should this be required, this will be added to the £30 fee.
12. Software and Hardware Failures:
In case of software or hardware failure, we are not liable to replace, reinstall, or compensate for any lost, damaged, or corrupted software, whether provided by a third party or us.
13. Non-Response and Goods Disposal:
If you do not agree to return the Goods or fail to respond to any communication (email and/or post) or settle outstanding payments, and do not provide a suitable redelivery date within 14 calendar months from the initial receipt of Goods, the Goods may be destroyed or disposed of. We are not responsible for data leakage, loss, earnings, or transit damage. You may choose to arrange your own courier for Goods collection. A suitable redelivery date is defined as a working day within 30 calendar days of your response to any communication received.
14. Acoustic Signature & Coil Whine:
GSC Computers does not warrant that any system or component will be "silent" or "noise-free." Specifically, "Coil Whine"—a high-pitched electronic vibration caused by inductors under load—is a natural characteristic of high-performance graphics cards and power supplies.
- Coil whine does not impact the performance, stability, or lifespan of the hardware. As such, it is not classified as a mechanical or functional fault under this warranty.
- Most hardware manufacturers will reject RMA claims for coil whine. If a component is returned to GSC Computers for "excessive noise" and is found to be performing within the manufacturer’s normal operating acoustic parameters, it will be treated as "No Fault Found" (NFF),and the customer may be liable for testing and return shipping fees.
